For mortgages,the overall cost for comparison is 7.9% APR, and for secured loans, 10.9% The actual rate for comparison will depend on your individual circumstances. Adding debts to your mortgage can result in more interest being paid and an increase in the overall cost. There will be a fee of up to 1% of the loan for mortgage advice.
